Thanks for sharing James. I’m at a point in my Kundalini process where I am constantly aware of an immense pressure/tension along the right side of my body. It feels as though the energy wants to release this tension through Kriyas and/or vocalisation. This is my deep intuition. As of yet Kriyas and vocalisations have not arisen of their own accord. I continue to hold space for the pain/emotions/karma associated within this tension, remaining patient, loving and compassionate. Do you have any recommendations or suggestions to help with the process of release? Is it a case of surrendering to the intelligence and what comes is needed? My kundalini awakening was dramatic , at first scary and terrifying. I was dumb enough to experiment with a book on Tantra when younger and the exercises were enough to trigger it . Dangerous without a guide . Spontaneous dissociative states followed by extreme bliss almost orgasmic . Then raging heat and anxiety attacks that were debilitating. I’d be speaking to someone and my whole sense of ego was hovering all of a sudden sort of behind my left shoulder and it induced a sort of panic in the body . Days and months of not having any normal sense of self ie the normal cultural sense of bio self that anchors our everyday sense of life . Night dreams , succubus like entities , wild sexual dreams . Watching a river and the sunlight points transform into divinities . It stabilised after two years with visions of the blue pearl . Yes and small entities appearing here and there . So yes I agree with you it can be accompanied by entities that are real . Chris

Why is science dogmatic wen science is meant to study the truth not be dogmatic

The ideas Sheldrake expresses here are bold, but hardly beyond the range of normal scientific debate. What if G is changing? Every physics undergrad has spent evenings in the student pub discussing things like this. Are the laws of physics fixed? We have no idea - it's an assumption, and if its predictions are ever inconsistent with observations it'll have to be scrapped. The problem here is the unfortunate and overblown title. We live in an era where some people's reflexive mistrust of science is threatening everyone's wellbeing (vaccines, climate change, ...). Thus the title "The Science Delusion" is not only unjustified but potentially dangerous. I don't think TED should have pulled it, but only because it inspired thousands of people (including me) to watch it.

Last week after having lunch I had an impulse to just lay down on the floor and it was restful energizing and cool experience. James, At 00:05:30 or maybe 00:05:31 there is an orb flying in your video. I recently activated my 3rd eye. I saw shadow entities. They attached themselves to my heart area and I had a big heave ho on my chest area. Are these entities negative and what should one do about them?
